There is no refund/exchanges on accessories and swimwear. Please refer to our size guide to find your appropriate size for swimwear. Any questions regarding sizing can be emailed to Customer Service or through our Instagram Direct message.
We do not offer exchanges. Simply request a return on your unworn item(s) and place a new order. Please be mindful that we can not guarantee that inventory will be available. To request a return, email Customer Service at email@example.com with your order number as a subject line to begin the return process. A label will be emailed to you and you will have 7 days to return after the label has been sent.
We only accept returns if in an event you ordered or received the wrong size. If you have any questions regarding this please email Customer service: Cayetano.firstname.lastname@example.org. Any returns that were processed can be tracked via USPS and the label that will be emailed to you.
